Our reception is open from 10:00 to 18:00.
The check-in time on the arrival date is from 14:00 until 22.00. The entry may be delayed one hour if the room is not ready. The check-out time is at the latest at 12:00 on the departure date.
After 18:00 our reception is shared with another local establishment so we please ask our customers who are scheduled to arrive after this time to tell us their arrival time in advance and to contact us by telephone at least 15 minutes before they arrive to avoid having to wait to check-in.
In the case of arrivals after 22:00 there is an extra fee of 20 €.
According to our rules of reservation and cancellation we are entitled to cancel the reservation after 18.00 on the day of arrival if we receive no prior notice of arrival and will apply the penalty provided in the conditions of your booking.
Regarding parking, we have a place two minutes walk from the apartments for the price of €15 per day. It is necessary to reserve the parking in advance.

- If you come by taxi:
We offer a shuttle service from the airport for 27 €. If you hire the pick-up service from the airport to the hotel and back the day of departure (€ 27 per trip) a 10% discount will be applied. Contact us to book this service.
- Bus:
We recommend you get of at the stop at Plaza de la Marina. Then locate Marqués de Larios street and walk until you reach the Plaza of the Constitution (Constitution Square). From here take Calle Compañía (Compañía street) and then take the first on the right, which is Calle de los Mártires. Continue until you reach Placeta San Juan de Dios (San Juan de Dios square) and there you will see Coronado Street (a small pedestrian street). We are located on Calle Coronado, number 2. The route takes about 10 minutes walking.
- Train:
We recommend you get of at the stop at the Alameda Central stop. Then locate Marqués de Larios street and walk until you reach the Plaza of the Constitution (Constitution Square). We recommend you tell the taxi driver to take you to the Plaza de los Mártires (or the church of the same name). Once there, continue down Calle Mártires (Mártires street) until you reach Placeta de San Juan de Dios (San Juan de Dios square) and turn on Calle Coronado (a small pedestrian street). We are located on Calle Coronado, number 2.
